How We Work, Regardless of Service
Every watch that comes to us follows the same opening process: we look carefully, record what we find, and share a clear assessment before any work is agreed. This is not a formality — it is how we ensure that what we do is both needed and understood.
We work at the pace the job requires. Some services are completed within days; others — particularly heritage restorations — are measured in weeks. The schedule is agreed upfront and you are kept informed if anything changes.
Initial assessment and condition review
We examine the watch and document its current state — movement, case, bracelet or strap, and any visible concerns.
Written summary and scope agreement
We share what we found and propose a scope of work. You read it, ask questions, and confirm before anything proceeds.
Careful service work at the right pace
The agreed work is carried out methodically, using appropriate tools, materials, and the time the task genuinely needs.
Post-service check and collection
We verify timing (where applicable), review the completed work, and walk through the findings with you on collection.
Service 01
Maintenance Service
A gentle maintenance service designed to keep a healthy watch in good order. The work covers cleaning, fresh oiling, and a timing check to restore steady running. Suited to owners who wear their watch regularly and prefer to care for it before issues arise.
We share a clear note on condition and never suggest work that the watch does not need. A service warranty applies to all completed tasks, and we welcome any questions about the process at any time.

Service 02
Bracelet & Strap Service
A considerate service for a watch that runs well but no longer feels its best. We refresh worn straps, attend to metal bracelets, and gently tidy the case to a degree the owner chooses — checking fit and comfort along the way.
All finishes and replacement parts are agreed beforehand. We present the options and let you decide. Nothing is assumed, and the extent of cosmetic work always remains your choice.

Service 03
Full Heritage Restoration
A comprehensive, sympathetic restoration for inherited and collectible watches — uniting movement repair with conservation of original detail. The work can include making replacement parts by hand, treating wear and corrosion, conserving aged dials, and rebuilding the watch to run dependably while honouring its past.
Recommended for treasured family pieces. Each restoration opens with an honest, unhurried assessment and a written plan, carried out at the careful pace such delicate work requires. This is not fast work, and it is not meant to be.

The Standards We Apply Every Time
Secure Handling
Every watch in our care is kept individually, securely, and in conditions appropriate for fine mechanical objects.
Correct Lubricants
We use lubricants matched to each movement type and age — the wrong oil in a fine movement is often worse than none at all.
Quality Review Before Return
Before a watch leaves the workshop, it is reviewed against the agreed scope. Nothing is returned without a final check.
Owner Consent at Every Step
No additional work proceeds without your knowledge and agreement. Mid-service discoveries are discussed before action is taken.
Service Warranty
Completed work carries a service warranty. If a fault relates to the service carried out, we attend to it without charge.
Open Communication
We are reachable during the service period. Questions are always welcome and updates are shared when there is something worth reporting.
